Skin Repair Cream

My skin has been amazing smooth, i have itchy skin on my body when I’m dry, this product has helped me to get my skin well hydrated this winter.

I used to use Nu Skin Products on my face and they have since been discontinued. This left me disappointed as I battle with hyperpigmentation, fine lines and dry skin.
I discovered BASIX SKIN REPAIR CREAM WITH KIGELIA AFRICA whilst browsing on tik tok. I decided to give it a try and I DO NOT REGRET MY DECISION!!! My skin is looking healthy and flawless in less than a month. Basix products are also so much cheaper.
I was so happy with the product, I went onto their website to see what other products they offer and purchased the foot cream as well as the sunscreen. These are JUST AS GOOD!
My colleagues are work also noticed the improvement on my skin. The ordering process was smooth and effortless! The delivery was quicker than expected.
I look forward to trying more products, like the tissue oil and face wash. Thank you for helping boost my confidence again, we all know that your skin tells a story. I would strongly recommend anyone with skin conditions or just wanting healthy hydrated skin to give BASIX SKIN CARE products a try!

The creams made my skin super dry. It ended up cracking. They callmit skin repair but it does the opposite. Big svam this one

I think my skin is too dry, the oil is not thick enough and with the face cream i am still giving it a thought, I think i will give it another try however if i don't see changes i wont purchase anymore.

I start using your products from 19 August 2025 till to date, my skin was very bad I had a blemishes and I lost my confidence. I bought basix high strength brightening combo together with the basix skin repair cream, (the blue one). I experienced severe breakouts during the first week of using it, my skin is dry and flacky. Dark spots are still very very visible and I'm still breaking out even though not like I did the first week. My skin is more sensitive, dry, dull and itchy. I tried switching from using the brightening combo to using the repair cream only but the results are still the same. It's been full 3 weeks of using it twice a day.

Last year I had a dermapen prosedure on my face, the dr gave all the patients a cream to put on after for a week or
more if needed. My skin was full of red pathes that struggle to heal. I got some Basix from my brother, after one day
of using it, the results were amazing, it healed my skin within 2 days, thanks for this wonderful product

I am honestly in awe of how Basix products have helped me and changed my life. For years I struggled with eczema more especially in summer, it worsened from 2019 and developed in my hands. The itch was just unbearable and frustrating as it was not easy to scratch. After a friend recommended basix products I bought the 50m bottle and I experienced the calm almost immediately and within three days my hands were healing and clearing. Soon after I went for the 250ml tub and I couldn't be happier. I love the smell a lot. I'm thankful and grateful.

I absolutely love how natural yet moisturizing this Basix cream is. It absorbs well and is not greasy at all. It also provides instant relief for eczema and helps repair broken skin. Definitely a new favourite!!

Absolutely love the product. I didn’t have any real problems I just needed a moisturizer as my skin tends to get dry in winter, so it was a random select at dischem. Got a bit of a rash from being in the sun hiking I washed my face and applied it overnight the rash was gone the next morning. I’d definitely recommend it to others

I usually buy basix creams from dischem but ventured onto the basix website as a result of them being out of stock. May I just say, it was truly a very impressive experience. From the very helpful and immediate customer service and, the most wondrous of all, the great surprise that came with the delivery (I'm speaking of the lovely packaging and thoughtful gift hidden inside), I must say that I'm a very pleased customer. These creams are the best I've come across (and I've tried a large range for sure) and one of the only that helped my eczema and dry skin, so it is all the more wonderful to know that the service reaches beyond just making great creams.

I've been using Basix skin repaircream + kigelia africana on my face for months now. No other product has ever helped my skin for break outs / pimples like this product. Ever since I've been using it I haven't got a single pimple. It does make my skin feel dry a bit so I let it penetrate then I apply my moisturizer, works perfect that way.

Basix Skin repair cream does wonders for the burn on my shoulder. SOQI Rynfield in the East Rand has recommended the cream for my shoulder and it is doing wonders! I am very impressed and now I can recommend it to anyone with a burn. Marianna Acker
