Very disappointed

I bought basix high strength brightening combo together with the basix skin repair cream, (the blue one). I experienced severe breakouts during the first week of using it, my skin is dry and flacky. Dark spots are still very very visible and I'm still breaking out even though not like I did the first week. My skin is more sensitive, dry, dull and itchy. I tried switching from using the brightening combo to using the repair cream only but the results are still the same. It's been full 3 weeks of using it twice a day.

Last year I had a dermapen prosedure on my face, the dr gave all the patients a cream to put on after for a week or
more if needed. My skin was full of red pathes that struggle to heal. I got some Basix from my brother, after one day
of using it, the results were amazing, it healed my skin within 2 days, thanks for this wonderful product
